Beginning four to six weeks before your event, we step in to learn your plans, review your vendor contracts and logistics, identify any loose ends, and build a comprehensive timeline for the day. From there, we become the point of contact for your vendor team so you don't have to spend the final weeks answering logistical questions or coordinating everyone's arrival.
On the day itself, we're there to keep everything moving — overseeing setup, coordinating vendors, managing the timeline, troubleshooting the unexpected, and making sure the details you've spent months planning come together beautifully.
